Refund Policy
Upon confirmation of payment for your evaluation by our payment processor, your login credentials for the evaluation will be sent via email. If no trades have been executed on the account and we are notified within 14 days of purchase, we may, on a case-by-case basis, consider eligibility for a refund. WeFund reserves the sole discretion to make this decision, and no guarantee of a refund is provided upon purchase of an evaluation.
To inquire about eligibility for a refund within this 14-day period, please notify us by emailing support@we-fund.com. Please provide your purchase details, account ID, and any relevant information to assist in our review process.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not available for evaluations if any trading activity, including order placements or use of WeFund’s trading platforms, has occurred. Additionally, refunds will not be issued after the 14-day period or for accounts terminated due to violations of our Evaluation Terms and Conditions or other WeFund policies.
Processing Time for Refunds
If a refund request is approved, the processing time may vary depending on your payment method. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to be reflected in your account. Please contact your payment provider for further information on their processing times.
Dispute Policy
By using our platform, you agree not to initiate disputes or chargebacks after engaging in any account activity, including logging into the account or placing trades. Customers who improperly dispute charges or initiate chargebacks with their financial institution will be permanently banned from WeFund, and we reserve the right to pursue further action to recover any funds and fees associated with such disputes.
Acceptance of This Policy
It is your responsibility to read and understand this Refund Policy. The terms of this Refund Policy, in conjunction with our Evaluation Terms and Conditions, form part of your contract with WeFund for the purchase of evaluations. By purchasing any evaluation from WeFund, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from placing an order with us.
